Impulelo Technologies
The group's innovation arm: recovery technology, refurbishment, and the spare parts that keep legacy Bourevestnik machines running.
How we work
Kimberley / Northern Cape / Africa
The priority is a wet plant on conventional run-of-mine, plus a final recovery plant that treats DMS and pan concentrate. Dry X-ray plants stay in the range where water is the constraint.

The priority
Most of the work is conventional run-of-mine. A wet plant prepares the ore. A final recovery plant then treats the DMS concentrate and the pan concentrate. Dry X-ray plants are impressive, and they are not the brief we start from.
Wet plants
Conventional ROM, built and factory-tested in Kimberley, then commissioned on the mine.
Final recovery
A dedicated plant for DMS and pan concentrate, so the last carats are not left in the circuit.
Dry, when water is the problem
High-tonnage X-ray plants, including Thornley, for sites that cannot carry process water. A capability, not the default.

How we workVentures & services
Machine rentals, tailings joint ventures, and hands-off final recovery audit facilities for small and mid-tier miners.
How we workTurnkey plants
Wet plants for conventional run-of-mine, and a final recovery plant for DMS and pan concentrate. Dry X-ray plants where water is the constraint. Commissioned from Kimberley.
How we work
What we lead with
Conventional run-of-mine goes through the wet plant. DMS concentrate and pan concentrate go to final recovery. Specify that pair first. Thornley remains the published dry X-ray case, for ground where water is the constraint.

01
Modules are built and run in Kimberley before they ever see the pit.
02
Performance testing against the agreed throughput and recovery envelope.
03
Formal operations and maintenance training, then knowledge transfer with our technicians.
04
Scheduled plant audits to hold peak efficiency after the honeymoon months.
05
Parts and repairs from the same team that built the plant, not a ticket queue.
06
Prompt field response, then a design note so the failure does not repeat.
Share the deposit, water situation, and target tons. A recovery specialist will come back with a dated assessment, not a brochure.
